Sr. Director, Marketing - Endo

The Role:
Immunovant is seeking a Senior Director of Endocrinology Marketing to drive the development and execution of a coordinated commercial therapeutic area strategy across customer groups. The person in this position will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class brand, responsible for driving launch readiness and market success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate deep understanding of customer and competitor insights, market dynamics, and unmet needs
- Foster working relationships with external thought leaders
- Provide commercial leadership while collaborating with internal teams on product development initiatives
- Collaborate with other Therapeutic Area teams and functions towards developing and executing commercialization plans
- Lead the development and implementation of patient, HCP and payer customer strategies
- Execute initiatives that support disease state awareness and education, including collaborations with patient and professional advocacy
- Manage team budget and resource requirements
Requirements:
- B.S./B.A. degree required, MBA and/or other relevant graduate degree preferred
- 10+ years of relevant experience in pharma/biotech
- Expertise in HCP, patient and consumer marketing; field experience preferred
- Demonstrated success in commercial leadership responsibilities, including both pre-launch and launch experiences
- Proficient in strategies to facilitate US and global market access
- Ability to integrate commercial, financial, and clinical perspectives to develop compelling brand strategies and tactics
- Strong foundation in Immunology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; highly proficient with MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven track record of delivering creative solutions and driving high quality results as a team member and cross-functional leader
Work Environment:
- Remote-based
- Dynamic, interactive, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment
- Willing to travel as needed to office headquarters in New York City
- Domestic and international travel are required (up to 25%)
Salary range for posting
$275,000 - $285,000 USD
Compensation is based on a number of factors, including market location, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, dental, vision, 401k, and other benefits, including unlimited paid time off and parental leave.
