Role: Solutions Engineer - Web

Reporting to: Solutions Engineer Lead

Overview: 

Incode is looking for a Web Solution Engineer to play a key role in delivering cutting-edge identity solutions in an enterprise SaaS environment. This role is ideal for a versatile engineer with experience in web application development, backend services, cloud platforms, and IT security. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing web-based applications, integrating third-party SDKs, and ensuring seamless cloud-based deployments.

As a technical expert, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, supporting customers and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance web solutions. You will work with modern front-end frameworkslike Angular, React, or Vue, develop and maintain backend services in Java or other languages, and leverage cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) to build scalable, high-performance applications. Additionally, you will be involved in microservices architectures, containerization (Docker), and non-relational databases (MongoDB, Redis) to drive innovation in identity verification technology.

• BS degree in Computer Science or in related field
• Minimum 5-years’ experience in similar roles, ideally in an enterprise SaaS environment
• Experience in various software designs, languages, and architecture
• Familiarity with computer networks and IT security management
• Experience developing web-based Application using Frameworks or Libraries like Angular, React or VUE
• Experience and knowledge of backend services based on Java or any other language
• Experience developing scripting or batch processes with different technologies
• Experience with HTTP client tools like postman or insomnia    
• Familiarity with cloud-based technologies platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP
• Familiarity with Applications based on microservices architectures and containerization tools like Docker
• Familiarity and knowledge of non-relational databases like MongoDB, Redis
• Good understanding of business processes
• Experience integrating third-party Web or Mobile SDKs is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills
•  Passion for customer service and ownership of the customer experience including comprehensive issue resolution
•  Understanding of support organizations and key indicators that drive supportability
•  Proficient English, fluent Spanish is a big plus
•  Working knowledge of biometrics or identity software is ideal
•  Proven track record of resolving issues and risks in a cross functional and collaborative way.
•  Confident, and you easily build relationships when working with your customers and internal partners.
•  Naturally curious, eager to learn and proactive in sharing knowledge with others.
•  Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency in driving projects to completion
