The Opportunity
The IT & Office Coordinator is responsible for the seamless execution of office operations and IT-related support tasks, ensuring an optimal working environment for employees. This role involves managing office logistics, resources, and administrative processes while supporting IT equipment setup, troubleshooting, and vendor collaboration. Given the dynamic and fast-paced nature of the startup environment, the IT & Office Coordinator must be proactive, well-organized, and capable of solving various operational and technical challenges.
Important: This position requires the candidate to work from the office daily and must enjoy being present in the workplace to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
Experience & Office Presence – 2+ years of experience in IT and office coordination, preferably in a tech-driven company, with a strong preference for working from the office daily
- IT & Technical Support – Experience with Zoom and Zoom Rooms, basic troubleshooting of office equipment (monitors, docking stations, printers), and handling network connections (Ethernet, Wi-Fi, cabling)
- Office & Event Management – Passion for maintaining an organized workspace, managing office supplies, coordinating events, and ensuring smooth daily operations
- Problem-Solving & Collaboration – Strong analytical skills, ability to work autonomously and in a team, and proactive approach to unexpected challenges
- Organizational & Communication Skills – Excellent planning, time management, and interpersonal skills, with experience in vendor coordination and procurement. Nice to Have
- Experience with IT asset management (tracking and maintaining IT equipment inventory)
- Familiarity with basic troubleshooting of network devices (e.g., checking router settings, restarting network hardware)
- Experience with OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Notion, Slack, or similar collaboration tools
- Knowledge of basic security practices (managing office access control, handling security cameras, or monitoring IT-related policies)
- Previous experience in working with IT vendors (purchasing and maintaining hardware, negotiating contracts)
