Position Overview

We are seeking a RevOps Solution Architect to own the administration, maintenance, and optimization of all of our Sales/GTM tech stack including Salesforce CRM, while supporting broader Revenue Operations initiatives such as ensuring clean data / information integrity, handles ad hoc operational requests, and works on key sales operations projects to drive efficiency and enable our go-to-market teams. 

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve the accuracy of our revenue data. 

 

What You’ll Own & Drive

  • Manage and maintain Salesforce and any other GTM/Sales Tech stack, ensuring system stability, security, and performance. 
  • Design and implement scalable solutions to support GTM workflows including lead routing, account assignment, pipeline management, territory planning and sales forecasting. 
  • Support integrations between Salesforce and adjacent systems such as HubSpot, Gong, CPQ, PowerBI, and commission platforms. 
  • Monitor data quality, resolve duplicate or inaccurate records, and implement data hygiene best practices. 
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and implement new features and automations to support operational excellence. 
  • Handle technical requests from users, troubleshoot issues, and develop user-friendly enhancements. 
  • Perform audits and compliance checks to ensure reliable system reporting and analytics.

Your Background

  • 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce administration, RevOps, or Sales Operations. 
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA)  is required - Verify via https://trailhead.salesforce.com/en/credentials/verification/ 
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, workflows, reports, and automation tools 
  • Experience with data cleansing, validation, and enrichment best practices 
  • Familiarity with revenue operations processes, end-to-end sales cycle, including sales pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment 
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skill
