The Impact You’ll Make

As a Talent Rewards Analyst, you will be at the forefront of Incode’s rapid growth and international expansion. You’ll directly support the design, implementation, and optimization of our compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness, equity, and compliance across regions. Your work will influence how we reward, motivate, and retain world-class talent, and you’ll partner closely with leaders across the company to align rewards with business goals.

What You’ll Own & Drive

  • Compensation & Benefits Design – Support the creation, implementation, and management of competitive programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Business Partnership – Build strong relationships with HR leaders and stakeholders, aligning rewards strategies with organizational needs.
  • Data-Driven Insights – Analyze compensation and benefits data, track key metrics, and present actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Employee Experience – Ensure rewards activities provide a positive and equitable employee experience, compliant with local/global regulations.
  • Innovation & Optimization – Provide creative solutions for compensation packages and incentives to support hiring and retention.
  • Strategic Projects – Contribute to high-impact rewards initiatives, including equity programs, benefits design, and process scaling.
  • Employer Brand Strengthening – Cultivate competitive rewards offerings that reinforce Incode as a top employer.

Your Background

  • 4+ years of experience in compensation & benefits or HR analysis in a high-growth environment.
  • Proven experience scaling compensation programs during periods of rapid company growth.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Experience with HR systems (BambooHR preferred) and compensation tools (Redford preferred).
  • Strong skills in Excel and compensation benchmarking tools.
  • Successful track record building effective, equitable rewards strategies.
  • Experience in start-up environments preferred (tech start-up is a plus).
  • Highly motivated, fast learner, and analytical problem solver.
