The Impact You’ll Make

As a Data Analyst on the ID Document Verification team, you’ll help improve the accuracy and reliability of our fraud detection and identity verification models. Working with ML engineers and product experts, you’ll analyze massive datasets, measure model performance, and design experiments that enhance how we detect fraud and verify authenticity.

Your insights will directly influence how Incode prevents fraud and builds trust across digital identity systems.

What You’ll Own & Drive

• Extract, process, and optimize large datasets from AWS Redshift.

• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards to visualize model performance and business metrics.

• Conduct A/B tests and apply statistical methods to evaluate model outcomes.

• Develop and maintain datasets and metrics for model validation and fraud scoring.

• Create tools to enhance model evaluation, monitoring, and reporting.

• Improve data infrastructure for accuracy, scalability, and reliability.

• Collaborate with ML engineers, data scientists, and product stakeholders to drive informed decisions.

Your Background

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst working with large-scale datasets.

• Strong Python (pandas, NumPy, matplotlib) and SQL (optimized queries) skills.

• Proven experience with A/B testing, statistical hypothesis testing, and experimental design.

• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).

• Understanding of ML model performance metrics (accuracy, precision, recall).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

• Background in mathematics, physics, or engineering.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with AWS Redshift or other cloud data warehouses.

• Familiarity with fraud detection systems or fraud scoring.

• Experience using data labeling tools such as Label Studio.

• Exposure to big data technologies or ML data pipelines.
