The Impact You’ll Make

As Senior Program Manager (PMO) within Incode’s Growth organization, you will lead the execution of high-impact programs designed to unlock enterprise pipeline and accelerate global revenue expansion. Operating at the center of cross-functional collaboration, you will coordinate initiatives that span Sales, RevOps, Legal, Finance, HR, and executive leadership while engaging directly with external partners and advisors. Your work will transform strategic growth concepts into structured, scalable programs—ensuring initiatives are governed effectively, executed across regions, and measured through clear pipeline outcomes.

What You’ll Own & Drive

  • Strategic Program Leadership - Lead end-to-end program management for Incode’s most critical growth initiatives, including enterprise demand generation programs, network-driven pipeline initiatives, and advisor or partner engagement models.
  • Operational Governance Frameworks - Design and enforce program governance models, including eligibility criteria, onboarding processes, SLA tracking, escalation paths, and compliance checkpoints.
  • Executive-Level Stakeholder Management - Serve as the primary relationship manager for external program participants, including senior advisors, strategic partners, and enterprise-level contacts.
  • Performance Reporting & Program Visibility - Build and maintain program dashboards and reporting cadences, delivering weekly and monthly insights to Growth leadership, Sales leaders, and executive stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Program Execution - Coordinate closely with RevOps, Legal, Finance, and HR teams to ensure programs are compliant, scalable, and properly supported by legal frameworks, compensation structures, and operational processes.
  • Program Communication & Accountability - Manage structured communication across internal and external stakeholders, ensuring consistent follow-ups, clear next steps, and accountability across all participants.
  • Pipeline Enablement - Identify and remove operational blockers that prevent program participants from advancing pipeline opportunities, proactively flagging risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Program Enablement & Documentation – Develop onboarding materials, process documentation, business case templates, and participant-facing resources that support program scalability and clarity.
  • CRM & Data Integration - Ensure program activity is properly captured in Salesforce, including referral sources, influence signals, and opportunity attribution for full pipeline visibility.
  • Enterprise Account Alignment - Partner with go-to-market leaders to prioritize engagement with high-value enterprise accounts, ensuring growth programs align tightly with sales strategy.
  • Global Program Coordination - Orchestrate program execution across North America, LATAM, and EMEA, adapting rollout strategies to regional contexts while maintaining consistent global standards.
  • Continuous Program Optimization - Evaluate program performance regularly, using data and stakeholder feedback to refine strategy, improve engagement, and increase pipeline conversion.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
  • 8+ years of experience in program management, product management, go-to-market strategy, or a similar role within a high-growth B2B SaaS or technology company.
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs involving executive-level internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and operationalize large-scale programs from the ground up, including governance frameworks, legal coordination, and incentive structures.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, account-based strategies, and pipeline generation models.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Experience building dashboards, tracking KPIs, and presenting performance insights to leadership.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (or equivalent CRM), project management tools, and reporting platforms.
  • High level of discretion and judgment when working with confidential strategic initiatives and executive stakeholders.
