Employee Referral
We believe that referrals are one of the most effective ways to meet professionals with a cultural fit for our teams.
Do you know someone who enjoys solving problems, works well in a team, and always strives to do their best? Then don't hesitate to refer this person to us.
When making referrals, please consider
- What qualifications of the candidates lead you to recommend them?
- Do they have a fit with our culture?
- Have you had the opportunity to work with them or do you have feedback that they would be a great fit for the position you are referring them for?
To make a referral: Simply fill out the Referral Form with the details of the person you are referring. The recruitment team (Felipe Lemler, Manu Hipólito, Matheus Mattos and Natalia Nestal) will assess the referred profile and get in touch with them when appropriate. If the person has been previously referred by another employee, the recruitment team will notify, and the referral will be credited to the employee who made the first referral.
To referral someone select the desired job from the dropdown menu. If the specific job is not listed, select "Incognia Referral Pool" and specify the intended area or job in the notes field. We will reach out to the candidate as soon as a matching opportunity becomes available.
Recommended professionals may have a family relationship with the Incoginar, as long as this is indicated while referring and there is no conflict of interest. This means that the person being referred cannot be in the same line of management, either as a direct or indirect manager or subordinate. The fact that a family member or friend of someone already working at Incognia does not automatically qualify them for a position at the company; the stages of the process will be respected to ensure technical criteria and fit for the position.
All Incogniars are eligible for referrals, except for the People team.
If your candidate is approved in our selection process and completes four months of employment, you will receive a payment of USD 200 for junior or mid-level seniority position. If it is a senior/specialist or leadership position, the total amount to be received will be USD 400.
This payment will be deposited along with the next payroll. Both employees must be active at the end of the 4 months to receive the referral bonus.
