Part Time Cleaning Technician - Conway

We are currently seeking a Cleaning Technician to join our team of highly qualified professionals that share our vision of Empowering Children to Conquer their World! This role is responsible for maintaining and presenting a neat, clean, and sanitary working environment for all children, employees, and families of Pediatrics Plus.

What you will do:

  • Assure all spaces are sanitary for their allotted functions—offices, treatment spaces, preschool classrooms, bathrooms, and meeting spaces.
  • Assure all floors are cleaned appropriately for operational needs in all spaces—offices, treatment spaces, preschool classrooms, bathrooms, and meeting spaces.
  • Assure that the lobby is clean, organized, and presentable to reflect the high standards of excellence at Pediatrics Plus locations.
  • Clean and sanitize all water fountains and water bottle filling stations.
  • Assure all trashcans are emptied and replacement liner is installed for immediate use in all areas to meet operational demands—offices, treatment spaces, preschool classrooms, bathrooms, and meeting spaces.
  • Assure all counter tops in break rooms are wiped down and cleaned.
  • Sanitize and clean all therapy equipment as indicated or instructed.
  • Wipe down all mirrors and windows in therapy and preschool areas for excellence in presentation of Pediatrics Plus.
  • Assure the Assisted Daily Living Room (ADL) is clean and sanitized, including countertops and tabletops, load and unload dishwasher, wipe down shower/tub, restock paper towels and soap, and complete all laundry.
  • Sweep floors with angle broom in all areas indicated.
  • Wipe down treatment mats. Remove treatment mats when mopping floor.

Education/ Certification:

  • High School Degree or equivalent, preferred.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to accurately communicate information and ideas so others will understand through sight and hearing. The employee is regularly required to move including walking, running, jumping, and sitting. The employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, lift, reach, and feel. The employee is frequently required to stand and stoop, twist, bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include near and distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
