
Executive Assistant
We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team of highly qualified professionals that share our vision of Empowering Children to Conquer their World! This role provides administrative support and assistance to the C-suite and operations team.

What you will do:
- Complete projects as outlined by C-suite team and operations team members with oversight provided by CEO.
- Serve as building liaison between SWN and Pediatrics Plus.
- Responsible for upkeep and professional appearance of SWN suites including decluttering, organization, ordering and supplies as requested, and other duties as assigned.
- Oversee front desk and ensure coverage.
- Provide on-site administrative support and assistance.
- Handle delivery of items at SWN building and distribution to appropriate team members.
- Prepare, format, and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents for both internal and external distribution.
- Schedule, arrange, coordinate, and execute needs for meetings and events.
- Arrange and coordinate meals and snacks as well as other needs for meetings and events.
- Maintain and manage meeting agendas, schedules, appointments, mileage and expense reports, and travel arrangements.
- Distribute minutes of meetings as outlined by leadership.
- Complete assigned action items following meetings.
- Ensure upkeep of maintenance, cleaning, and calendars for Pediatrics Plus owned vehicles.
- Conduct needed assessments, research, and collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents.
- Display problem solving, critical thinking, and analysis skills to execute projects successfully and with excellence.
- Assist in monitoring, screening, responding to, and distributing incoming communications.
- Interact with Pediatrics Plus clients and vendors as needed.
- Coordinate and manage progression of project-based work.
- Review operating practices and identify improvements when necessary.
- Retrieve and file documents and reference materials.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Exercise discretion upon communicating information.

What you have:
- Basic computer skills which include a working knowledge of keyboarding, database, word processing, spreadsheet, and Internet software.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a wide variety of people.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a very busy environment.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, policies, and other company documents.
- Ability to author routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of families or employees of the organization.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Reports for work dressed appropriately and complies with company policies regarding the dress code.
- Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Travel may be required.
Education/ Certification:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
Physical Demands:
