ABOUT THIS ROLE
TML@O is seeking a Digital Associate Account Executive to support its quickly growing roster of clients. This role requires three years of relevant experience in digital strategy and marketing, including social media and email programs. You will lead projects, produce/edit digital content, partner with clients who will come to depend on your digital insights and help grow the practice.
Digital Associate Account Executives will be assigned to work in a specific channel focus and may collaborate with other divisions and teams as needed. This person will be asked to work on a range of projects, including longer-term and day-to-day/immediate tasks assigned by their team.
The following digital focus areas are available:
- Social Media Management: Content production, posting, community management, reporting, calendar management, etc.
- Email Marketing: Content production, CRM and list management, testing, reporting, calendar management, etc.
- Copywriting: Copywriting, specifically for digital channels including social media (LinkedIn, Meta, X and beyond) and email marketing
Role location: This role is based in our New York, N.Y. or Washington, D.C. office on a hybrid basis. The TML@O team is in-office at least 3 days per week.
ACCOUNTABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
As a Digital Associate Account Executive on the TML@O team, you will be…
- Providing day-to-day support of client deliverables
- Creating metric reporting back to clients on social media and email campaigns
- Working across account teams to bring digital engagement best practices to a diverse array of clients
- Conducting audits and producing reports of our clients’ online work and analyzing results and metrics
- Proactively proposing creative strategies to help clients achieve their organizational goals—studying a client’s goals and challenges and proposing digital-based solutions
- Producing content for social and email campaigns, including writing and visual direction
Essential skills:
- At least 2 years of experience supporting creative digital communications and campaigns
- At least one year of full-time or interning experience in a client-facing role
- A creative eye for identifying compelling content and packaging it to elevate a brand or campaign
- A keen understanding of communications metrics and their impacts
- An ability to handle multiple assignments (and accounts) at once, work quickly and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with all levels of company staff, clients and vendors
- Reliable self-organization systems and strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated research and problem-solving skills
- Strong desire to be a team player and ability to work with a team to achieve group objectives

WORKING AT ORCHESTRA
Compensation philosophy: Orchestra offers competitive industry rate salary bands with the goal of retaining and growing talented individuals. We regularly review and adjust our compensation structure as needed to ensure equity across teams and levels.
Salary range (commensurate with experience and skills): $65,000-$70,000
