About the Team:

The RFP team serves a core function within our Reporting team, supporting sales, client service, and ongoing due diligence efforts.  The primary responsibility of the role is to partner with the Business Development team and coordinate with subject matter experts across the organization, including Research Teams, to respond to RFP and DDQ requests for prospective and existing clients.  In addition, the individual will be expected to contribute to the RFP Team’s ongoing efforts redesigning processes to increase efficiency and improve outcomes.  A successful candidate operates well independently as well as in a team environment and is a proactive and creative problem solver.

Your Role:

We are seeking an exceptionally talented individual to join the RFP Function within our Reporting team.

You will:

  • Proactively address RFP and DDQ requests and complete all corresponding documentation leveraging the Team’s RFP Management Tool Responsive
  • Partner with subject matter experts across the firm to ensure accuracy of RFP / DDQ content and responses.
  • Track and manage all active RFPs and DDQs, escalating to senior management if deadlines are in jeopardy of being missed
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across the firm to maintain high-quality content for RFPs DDQs in the Team’s content library on Responsive
  • Maintain a commitment to quality, accuracy, and attention to detail in a timely manner
  • Utilize AI tools to drive strategic changes to existing processes

What You’ll Bring:

  • A relevant undergraduate degree including but not limited to Marketing, Business, Finance, Economics, English or Communications
  • 3+ years of relevant post-undergraduate experience within a professional services environment; asset management and operations backgrounds are preferred
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Well-organized with the ability to multi-task and work within tight timeframes
  • Works proactively, taking initiative to identify and solve problems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Responsive is preferred
  • Experience with Artificial Intelligence is a plus
