We are currently expanding our Global Services Finance team and looking for motivated professionals to join us in this exciting phase of growth.

 

THE ROLE

As an Accounting Specialist, you will play a critical role within the accounting department, ensuring the accuracy, integrity and reliability of financial information across multiple entities.

You will take ownership of key accounting and reporting processes, contribute to group financial reporting and support the organization in delivering high-quality financial information for decision-making.

This role reports directly to the Accounting Manager and is ideal for a highly motivated professional with strong technical accounting knowledge, analytical capabilities and experience operating in fast-paced and international environments.

 

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

  • Lead and execute month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. 
  • Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local GAAP across multiple entities.
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations and detailed P&L analysis, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • Manage accruals, deferrals, provisions and complex journal entries, maintaining strong financial controls. 
  • Contribute to the preparation of reporting packages used for group financial reporting and consolidation. 
  • Support intercompany reconciliations and cross-entity financial alignment within the group structure. 
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support operational and strategic decision-making. 
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors, ensuring compliance and efficient audit processes. 
  • Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting efficiency.

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or Economics. 
  • 7–9 years of professional experience in auditing, accounting, or financial reporting (mandatory). 
  • Previous experience in multinational or multi-entity environments is highly valued. 
  • Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
  • Experience with financial reporting packages, group reporting, or consolidation processes is a strong plus. 
  • Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools. 
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills. 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments. 
  • Detail-oriented professional with the ability to understand the broader financial and business context. 
  • Collaborative, proactive, and motivated to grow within a dynamic scale-up environment.
  • Big4 or audit firm experience is highly valued.
