Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Business & Marketing Consultant with a passion for driving marketing transformation and delivering real business impact. As a T-shaped marketing generalist, you will blend strategic marketing expertise with data and digital tools to solve complex business and marketing challenges. You will work directly with clients to co-create solutions, integrating critical marketing functions around the consumer to fuel business growth. In this role, you will be accountable for client profitability and overall business growth, contributing directly to the success of InDomo and client partnerships.


Key Responsibilities

Client-Focused Business & Marketing Solutions

  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business challenges and co-develop marketing strategies that drive measurable business and sales impact.
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans that integrate consumer insights, data, and digital tools across multiple channels.
  • Act as a strategic partner to clients, ensuring marketing efforts are aligned with broader business objectives and delivering a positive return on investment (ROI).

Marketing Transformation Leadership

  • Drive tangible marketing transformation by leveraging your T-shaped marketing expertise, combining craftsmanship in marketing with data-driven decision-making.
  • Integrate key marketing functions (branding, performance marketing, content, CRM, SEO, social media, etc.) to create a cohesive, consumer-centric strategy.
  • Lead the digital transformation journey for clients, recommending and implementing the latest tools, platforms, and marketing automation technologies to optimize their processes.

Business Growth & Client Profitability

  • Take ownership of client accounts, driving business growth and ensuring profitability through effective marketing strategies.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of marketing initiatives, providing clear insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Present results and strategic recommendations to clients, highlighting how marketing efforts are driving business outcomes and fostering long-term relationships.

T-Shaped Marketing Expertise

  • Utilize deep expertise in one or more marketing domains (e.g., digital marketing, CRM, or performance marketing) while maintaining broad knowledge across other areas (SEO, content marketing, social media, branding, etc.).
  • Combine creative marketing thinking with strong analytical and data-driven approaches to optimize campaigns and deliver outstanding results.
  • Use customer insights, segmentation, and data analytics to create personalized marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences and maximize conversions.

Collaboration & Team Leadership

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the agency and the client’s organization to ensure alignment on strategy and execution.
  • Mentor junior consultants and team members, fostering a culture of growth, creativity, and accountability.
  • Build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and client teams, ensuring successful project execution and client satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in business consulting, marketing strategy, or digital marketing, with a strong track record of delivering business growth and profitability.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or other advanced degrees are highly valued.
  • T-Shaped Expertise: Deep knowledge in one or more key marketing areas (e.g Marketing strategy and planning,  performance marketing, digital strategy), with broad experience across other marketing functions.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Proficiency in using data analytics, consumer insights, and marketing automation tools to inform decision-making and improve marketing performance.
  • Digital Expertise: Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, platforms, and tools, including experience with marketing technologies (MarTech) and CRM systems.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to align marketing strategies with business goals, driving measurable sales and business outcomes.
  • Client Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships and business growth.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Experience leading teams and working collaboratively across departments to deliver cohesive, high-impact marketing solutions.
  • Communication & Presentation Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex strategies and results to clients and stakeholders at all levels.
