Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our newly formed Business Intelligence (BI) team to enhance our reporting capabilities, including developing data pipelines, data warehouses, data lakes, as well as reporting and visualization tools.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of business needs and provide data-driven solutions through advanced data tools, with a primary focus on Tableau for visualization and reporting.
  • Implement and manage BI solutions to improve decision-making processes within the organization.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for stakeholders to maximize the utility of Tableau dashboards and BI tools.
  • Continuously monitor and refine BI solutions to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the business and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in Business Intelligence.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Tableau, including dashboard development, data visualization, and storytelling with data.
  • Experience with Snowflake and ETL tools.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience in the manufacturing sector is a plus.

Location:

This position is based in our Fremont, CA office but offers remote working flexibility.
