Position Summary

The Field Services Project Manager is responsible for actively working with and assisting Senior Project Managers with the planning, coordination, and execution of projects within our organization. This role works closely with various departments to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards. This position is based at a remote or home location.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate resources, equipment, and information needed for projects.
  • Monitor project progress and track project performance and milestones.
  • Prepare reports and proactively and regularly communicate project status to stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve issues and risks that may impact project delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to project scope and objectives.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.
  • Support senior project managers in day-to-day project management tasks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Sr. Project Managers and direct Manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools is a plus
  • Prior internship or work experience in project management is preferred but not required 
  • Project planning and scheduling
  • Budgeting and financial management
  • Risk management and problem-solving
  • Customer relationship management
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

 

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $90,000 -$120,000 per year, based on location, experience, and qualifications.
