Quotation Specialist

Location: Surrey

Reports To: Commercial Services Program Manager

Salary Range:  $56,000 - $70,000 Annually

Position Summary 

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Quotation Specialist to join our Service Support Team and support ad hoc customer requests. This hands-on role involves interpreting technical parts lists, compiling accurate quotations—including components, fabricated parts, and labor—and managing order fulfillment in the most efficient way possible.

Key Responsibilities 

• Review technical parts lists from engineers and generate detailed quotations. 

• Source component pricing and lead times; communicate directly with suppliers and customers. 

• Quote fabricated parts and labor where required. 

• Enter and process orders efficiently, identifying optimal fulfillment paths. 

• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and logistics teams to define project scope and deliverables. 

• Ensure quotes are timely, accurate, and aligned with customer expectations. 

• Maintain high levels of accuracy and professionalism in customer communications. 

• Support ongoing process improvement within estimation and order management. 

Qualifications 

• Proven experience in estimation, quoting, or technical sales support. 

• Familiarity with industrial electrical components and terminology preferred. 

• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with complex spreadsheets. 

• Background in manufacturing or logistics is highly desirable. 

• Detail-focused, collaborative, and highly customer-oriented. 

Compensation actually offered for this role will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
