PURPOSE OF POSITION:

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Talent Acquisition (TA) team to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process. This is a temporary position with an expected duration of approximately 6 months, with the possibility of conversion to a full-time role. The ideal candidate will excel at coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, creating and publishing job postings, and providing support throughout the recruitment process. This role is well-suited for a proactive, self-motivated individual who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Manage Interviews: Coordinate onsite and remote interviews, create schedules, and confirm logistics with candidates and hiring teams. Handle travel arrangements and logistics planning as needed.
  • Candidate Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates, answering questions, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Job Postings: Create and publish job postings on various platforms to attract qualified candidates and manage candidate inquiries and applications.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks including maintaining the active open requisition list, collecting required pre-employment paperwork, preparing formal interview schedules, compiling offer letter details and sending to the appropriate HR division, and providing support to internal recruiters and search firm partners as needed. 
  • Initiative & Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, anticipate the needs of the TA team, and take ownership of tasks with minimal direction.

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience o Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or a similar role
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work proactively, and manage priorities independently
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Proficiency in Greenhouse and/or comparable ATS/HRMS systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
