They thrive in a fast‑paced environment, enjoy creating order from complexity, and communicate clearly with engineers, sales, and project managers. They are proactive in spotting issues early, following up on open items, and suggesting process improvements that help the team work smarter.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify at‑risk, overdue, or high‑impact requests and coordinate with engineers and the Application Engineering Director to prioritize and resolve them.
  • Escalate critical issues or blockers to the right stakeholders (e.g., management, Sales, Product, Operations) with clear context and impact.
  • Support continuous improvement by documenting and updating standard operating procedures for intake, triage, assignment, and tracking.
  • Assist with maintaining request templates, forms, and internal documentation to ensure consistent, high‑quality information capture.
  • Serve as a coordination point between Application Engineering, Sales, Project Management, and other internal teams for status updates and expectations.

Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in business, operations, engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a coordinator, administrator, or operations role supporting technical or engineering teams.
  • Experience working with ticketing, CRM, or project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Jira, ServiceNow, Asana, Monday.com).
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent requests and priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, especially Excel/Sheets for simple reporting and dashboards.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and a customer‑service mindset.
