About The Role

Industrious is proud to bring our most elevated product yet to New York City: Industrious at Lever House.

Spanning six floors, this flagship Industrious location encompasses management of CBRE’s Investment Management Headquarters, will be home to CBRE’s Co-CEOs, as well as 44 luxury private offices designed for New York’s most discerning executives.

Lever House is one of the city’s most iconic buildings, and members and tenants enjoy exclusive access to the renowned Lever Club with its refined lounge, restaurant, event space, and a 13,000-square-foot outdoor terrace in the heart of Park Avenue.

We’re now seeking a General Manager to lead this groundbreaking space.

With the space set to open in mid-2026 and requiring a highly bespoke go-to-market approach, you’ll be tasked with attracting influential leaders to become founding members, while shaping the elevated experiences and signature details that will distinguish Lever House from the rest of the market at launch.

This is not a typical GM role. Success requires someone who embodies the sophistication of luxury hospitality, with the black book to unlock Manhattan’s most exclusive experiences, the finesse to cultivate relationships with influential leaders, and the exacting eye for detail that makes every moment exceptional.

What You’ll Do

• Lead with Vision: Oversee the launch and daily operations of our most elevated product, setting the standard for excellence at Lever House.
• Cultivate Community: Build and nurture a network of visionary business leaders and cultural tastemakers who will define the membership.
• Deliver Exceptional Hospitality: Curate a seamless, luxury experience at every touchpoint — from private offices to the Executive Conference Center — ensuring members feel both cared for and inspired.
• Drive Growth: Shape and execute a refined go-to-market approach, balancing member acquisition with long-term relationship building.
• Partner Across Stakeholders: Collaborate with CBRE, Lever Club, and Industrious teams to ensure flawless service integration across the building.
• Inspire Your Team: Hire, coach, and lead a polished team who share your commitment to detail, service, and excellence.
• Represent Industrious: Serve as the face of Lever House, embodying the sophistication and professionalism required to attract and retain New York’s most visionary business leaders

Compensation

The annual base compensation range for this role is between $125,000 and $135,000. The successful candidate's actual base compensation will be based upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to work experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and professional qualifications. You will also be eligible for an annual 17% bonus and participation in our long-term incentive program.

Base and bonus compensation are just two components of Industrious’ total compensation package for this role.
