About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our Legal team. This role will support a broad range of legal and operational matters, with a focus on entity management, lease administration, and transactional support. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, and be proactive in identifying and implementing process improvements.

What You’ll Do:

  • Entity Management: Support the formation, dissolution, and ongoing maintenance of corporate entities, including preparing and filing required documentation and maintaining accurate records.
  • Lease Administration: Track and monitor key lease dates, update internal trackers, review commencement certificates, and assist with lease compliance and documentation.
  • Insurance & Financial Instruments: Coordinate the collection and maintenance of certificates of insurance and letters of credit.
  • Document & Contract Support: Assist with the preparation, review, and execution of legal documents and contracts.
  • Invoice & Mail Management: Review and prepare legal invoices for processing, and manage incoming legal mail for proper distribution.
  • Document Organization: Maintain organized legal files, databases, and shared drives to ensure accessibility and version control.
  • Special Projects: Provide support on ad hoc legal or cross-departmental projects as needed.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the Legal team.

What You’ll Need: 

  • 3-4 years of relevant paralegal or legal assistant experience.
  • Familiarity with G-Suite (Google Workspace) or a willingness to learn.
  • Exceptional accuracy and consistency in document preparation and recordkeeping.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across teams.
  • Advanced organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Experience in commercial real estate is strongly preferred.

Compensation:

The annual base compensation range for this role is between $85,000 and $100,000. The successful candidate's actual base compensation will be based upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to work experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and professional qualifications. You will also be eligible for an annual 10% bonus and participation in our long-term incentive program.

Base and bonus compensation are just two components of Industrious’ total compensation package for this role.
