We seek a customer-obsessed individual with a basic understanding of business acumen in eCommerce pay-per-click advertising, organic search strategies and techniques, and marketing budget management. This individual will create, optimize, and maintain advertising strategies under the guidance of an Ad Manager and other organization members.
This successful candidate will have their finger on the pulse of advertising (keywords/SEO, A/B testing, new tools/techniques) on Amazon US, CA, UK, and EU. The best qualities for this role are someone analytical minded with a passion for diving deep, trying new things, and pushing boundaries to exceed our brand goals. This person will be highly collaborative, globally minded, and have a high customer focus, cultural sensitivity, and a passion for solving complex challenges.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for those with nearly one year of experience in Amazon Advertising to develop the expertise needed to manage global brands with significant advertising budgets and diverse product catalogs. It is less suitable for individuals who view themselves as experts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and perform daily account responsibilities for a variety of brands.
- Create and optimize advertising campaigns on Amazon using all available ad formats – Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP.
- Monitor daily and monthly brand budget caps and track keyword bids, impressions, and other important account metrics.
- Managing and optimizing Amazon Advertising accounts within different categories on different geographical marketplaces.
- Perform ongoing keyword research using data-driven approaches developed by our company.
- Staying informed with eCommerce retail industry best practices, new trends technologies, marketplaces, and platform updates (i.e., Amazon, Walmart, Target+, etc.)
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of Amazon Advertising campaigns (1+ years preferred)
- Basic understanding of Amazon Vendor and Seller Central, comfortable with accessing business reporting and leveraging brand analytic tools
- Willingness to learn, unlearn, and relearn basic search and performance marketing concepts. Willingness to question and test all principles
- Willingness to test and use new tools and platforms for search, analysis, and reporting. Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Bonus if skilled in Microsoft Excel (Macros, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUP)
Minimum qualification: Graduate with preference for digital marketing or business coursework
CTC Range: 4 – 4.5 LPA based on experience and knowledge
