Supply Chain Planning Analyst

Job Responsibilities 岗位职责： 

• Replenishment Plan: Make replenishment plan daily according to the historical sales situation and future seasonal/promotion plan to ensure the sales target is achieved. Can quickly response to the changes in the business such like making priority and changing past operating processes actively, / 补货计划：每天依据历史销售情况，结合未来季节/促销计划制定补货计划，保证达成销售目标。并能对生意的变化进行快速调整，例如对计划进行优先级排序及积极改变以往的操作流程以应对变化。
• Stock Management: Regular inventory level analysis, such as inventory overstock / OOS analysis, to identify problems,provide solutions, and follow up the implementation. / 库存计划：定期对库存水平进行分析，如库存积压/缺货分析，能发现问题，给出解决方案，并对方案执行进行长期跟进。
• Data/working file Logic Maintenance: Due to great business changes, it is necessary to regularly review the datasource and logic of the existing report to see if there are any errors and debug them ASAP. / 数据/工作表格逻辑维护：因生意变化太大，需定期回顾现有报表的数据源及逻辑是否有错误，并及时反馈更正。
• Cross-departmental Cooperation: Make relevant operation analysis or provide operation data; Cooperate with the Marketing Department to ensure the new product are launched on time, etc. / 跨部门合作：配合做相关的运营分析或提供运营数据；与市场部配合，确保新品上市等等。
• Other tasks/projects assigned by line manager. / 完成上级交代的任务或项目。

Qualifications: 任职要求: 

• Education Background: University Degree or above./ 教育背景：大学本科或以上。
• Logical thinking & Analytical skill to identify abnormalities/rationale for a business solution./ 具备良好的逻辑思考能力以及数据分析能力，具备良好的应变能力以及解决问题的能力。
• Obtain Sense of data-related problem solving./ 具备解决数据相关问题的能力。
• Have a good communication skill (incl. Basic English Skills of reading and writing) to collaborate &build relationship with colleagues./ 良好的沟通能力（根据业务需求，需要具备基本的英语读写沟通能力）。
• Preferred major in logistics/supply chain/statistics related./ 物流，供应链，统计学及其相关专业的应聘者优先。
• Proficient in Office/Excel software. / 精通Office/ Excel 等软件。
• Job Related Experience：E-commercial or international trade or retail or AMZ business related experience. / 有电子商务，国际贸易，零售业，亚马逊相关的工作经验者优先。
• Attention to detail are essential and a high level of comfort in working with numbers / 对细节关注,乐于从事处理大量数字分析的工作。

 

Compensation discloses

The anticipated annual hiring range for this position is CNY 183,564.99  to CNY 229,456.24. The final salary will be based on a candidate’s experience, location, and market practices. Beyond base salary, you will be eligible for an annual incentive program, health and welfare benefits, and comprehensive time off programs, including annual leave, public holiday vacation, sick leave, floating holidays, and other perks. We aim to offer a competitive and attractive compensation package that reflects the local market conditions and ensures our employees feel valued and supported.
