Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Product Compliance Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring products meet safety and compliance standards across multiple jurisdictions, including the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, and the European Union. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory research, execution of regulatory registrations, product testing management, risk assessment, and maintaining compliance documentation.

 

Responsibilities:

• Support the Managing Attorney in researching and implementing product safety regulations and standards across the US, Canada, Mexico, UK, and EU. This includes requirements for product testing, labeling, technical documentation, and registrations./ 支持管理律师在美国、加拿大、墨西哥、英国和欧盟范围内研究和实施产品安全法规和标准。这包括产品测试、标签、技术文档和注册的要求。
• Liaise with regulatory agencies as needed to clarify compliance requirements, maintaining a comprehensive database of regulatory requirements for all active markets. / 根据需要与监管机构联系，澄清合规要求，维护所有活跃市场的综合法规要求数据库。
• Oversee product testing processes and coordinate with third-party laboratories./ 监督产品测试过程，并与第三方实验室协调。

• Conduct and document product risk assessments and mitigation strategies./ 进行并记录产品风险评估和减缓策略。
• Review and analyze Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for chemical compliance and product labeling./ 审查和分析化学品合规性和产品标签的安全数据表 (SDS)。
• Prepare and maintain technical files and documentation for regulatory registration submissions. /准备和维护技术文件和法规注册提交的文档。
• Ensure product labels meet regulatory requirements, including safety warnings, language requirements, and mandatory symbols./ 确保产品标签符合法规要求，包括安全警告、语言要求和强制性符号。
• Support the creation and review of product labels to meet regulatory standards./ 支持创建和审核产品标签以满足法规标准。
• Collaborate with Quality Engineering, Planning, Logistics, and Design teams to align on safety and compliance objectives./ 与质量工程、规划、物流和设计团队合作，以实现安全和合规目标。

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in regulatory affairs, legal studies, quality management, engineering, chemistry, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in compliance, risk management, or product safety are a plus. / 教育背景：具有法规事务、法律研究、质量管理、工程、化学或相关领域的学士学位。具有合规、风险管理或产品安全的高级学位或认证者优先。
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in product safety and regulatory compliance, preferably in consumer goods or manufacturing in multi-national companies, or 3rd-party lab. / 经验：至少5年产品安全和法规合规经验，最好是在跨国公司中的消费品或制造业，或第三方实验室。

Skills:

Compensation discloses

The anticipated annual hiring range for this position is CNY 254,799.60 to CNY 318,498.96. The final salary will be based on a candidate’s experience, location, and market practices. Beyond base salary, you will be eligible for an annual incentive program, health and welfare benefits, and comprehensive time off programs, including annual leave, public holiday vacation, sick leave, floating holidays, and other perks. We aim to offer a competitive and attractive compensation package that reflects the local market conditions and ensures our employees feel valued and supported.
