We are looking for 产品/短视频摄影师 Photo/Videographer:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Independently complete a variety of video and photo shoots, primarily focused on white background product photography for e-commerce, in-studio lifestyle photography, detail product photography, and short videos
  能够独立完成各种照片和视频拍摄，主要包括负责公司电商平台上产品场景图、产品图、细节图片及短视频拍摄
• Ensure final deliverables meet or exceed the original brief’s requirements, presenting all products with clarity and exceptional detail
  确保最终交付物符合或超过要求，清晰细致地呈现所有产品卖点。
• Communicate with relevant studio operations team and project managers to help plan and schedule shoots to meet all deadlines
  日常与相关团队和项目经理沟通，对接需求以及做相应梳理并排期。
• Routinely update and maintain image database

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2–5 years relevant experience is required. Relevant experience with US or European based companies is preferred

• Proficient in operating SLR digital cameras and thorough understand of lighting techniques to ensure true product representation and color matching

• Hands-on experience in styling shots with props, creative composition, and creating composite photography

• International aesthetics in photography and video for editorial/lifestyle and social platforms

• Exceptional attention to detail, excellent craftsmanship

• Basic knowledge of video editing
  具备视频剪辑的基础知识。
• Software mastery in MacOS, CaptureOne, Photoshop, and Lightroom
  精通MacOS、CaptureOne、Photoshop和Lightroom等软件。
• Must provide portfolio with recent work including photography and video. URL or PDF (do not exceed 20MB)
  必须提供包含摄影和视频的近期作品集。可通过URL或PDF形式提交（文件大小不得超过20MB）。

 

Compensation discloses

The anticipated annual hiring range for this position is CNY 137,433.09  to CNY 171,791.36. The final salary will be based on a candidate’s experience, location, and market practices. Beyond base salary, you will be eligible for an annual incentive program, health and welfare benefits, and comprehensive time off programs, including annual leave, public holiday vacation, sick leave, floating holidays, and other perks. We aim to offer a competitive and attractive compensation package that reflects the local market conditions and ensures our employees feel valued and supported.
