The role

Infinite Reality is looking to bring on a Product Designer (UX/UI). The position will be remotely based in the continental United States. Reporting to the Head of Product Design, the Product Designer (UX/UI) will play a key role in designing intuitive and engaging user experiences for our digital platform. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a strong ability to create visually appealing and functional interfaces. What you’ll do

• User-Centered Design: Proven ability to keep the user’s needs and goals at the center of the design process.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Ability to communicate design concepts at low and high fidelity to test usability.
• Visual Design: Develop intuitive, cohesive & visually appealing User Interfaces which support the brand identity resulting in a simple and delightful user experience.
• Team Collaboration: Communication & collaboration within the design team and cross-functionally to ensure the seamless integration of design into the product development process.
• Usability Testing: Conduct qualitative user testing to gather feedback for design iteration to better meet existing and emergent user needs.
• Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across the platform.
• Feedback and Iteration: Participate in design reviews and receive constructive feedback to iterate & move features forward with cross-functional stakeholders from Engineering, Product Management to Enterprise and Marketing.
• Innovation and Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to apply innovative approaches to enhance the user experience.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all design deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and are implemented correctly in the final product.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design with a demonstrated ability to design simple/usable interfaces in gamified products or entertainment experiences
• Experience shipping at least one title in a professional capacity with direct contributions to product UX and Interface design.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping using Figma for gaming or other interfaces.
• Awareness of user research methodologies and their application in the design process.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing design challenges.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design solutions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing project requirements.

We’ll be extra pumped if you have

• Experience working as a Designer on a Live Service team
• Experience with extending a prefab Tailwind design system
• Experience with 3D tools like Lightship or VR platforms

Base pay will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, certifications, experience, market demands, and locations.
