The role

At Infinite Reality, we're driving the future of immersive experiences, and we're looking for a Technical Recruiter to help us find the top-tier talent that will fuel our ambitious goals. As a key player in our Talent Acquisition team, you’ll partner with hiring managers across multiple tech disciplines to source and attract the best technical minds. Your role will be critical in building our engineering and product teams, driving the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

What you’ll do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for technical roles, sourcing both active and passive candidates across channels such as LinkedIn, social media, job boards, professional networks, and direct sourcing techniques.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand short and long-term hiring needs, shaping and executing creative recruitment strategies to meet business goals.
• Craft and execute data-driven sourcing campaigns while consistently driving results through effective pipeline management.
• Conduct in-depth assessments of candidates' technical expertise, cultural fit, and potential, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
• Utilize Greenhouse to track candidates and manage pipeline progress, regularly reporting key recruitment updates to stakeholders.
• Continuously improve the hiring process to enhance efficiency and impact.
• Close offers and ensure a seamless transition as candidates onboard into their new roles.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, staying ahead of market trends and offering insight-driven recruitment solutions.
• Engage with tech communities, attend networking events, and build long-term relationships to attract top talent to Infinite Reality.

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years of recruiting experience in a SAAS company, with a proven track record of hiring top technical talent.
• Deep experience in sourcing and managing applicant tracking systems ideally Greenhouse.
• Ability to act under pressure, with strong organizational and multitasking skills, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with a knack for building strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders alike.
• A data-driven mindset, using metrics and KPIs to guide recruitment strategies and measure effectiveness.
• Passion for tech recruiting with a desire to work in an environment focused on cutting-edge technologies and startup culture.

Base pay will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, certifications, experience, market demands, and locations.
