The role

As a Product Manager, Studio Content, you will manage the end-to-end content pipeline for creating high-quality 3D assets for the iR Studio product. Your role will be focused on ensuring that content assets are seamlessly integrated into the platform and are available for creators to use. You’ll work with content creators, artists, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth flow of assets from production to delivery within our iR Studio ecosystem.

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the Studio Content pipeline, ensuring that the best content is seamlessly integrated and readily available. You’ll work with content creators, artists, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth flow of assets from production to delivery within our iR Studio ecosystem.

What you’ll do

• Manage Content Pipeline: Oversee the entire content lifecycle, from concept through production and integration into iR Studio.
• Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, engineers, and other teams to streamline the process for asset creation and delivery.
• Quality Control: Ensure that content meets high-quality standards and is optimized for use within the platform.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends to align the content pipeline with creator needs and market demand.
• Roadmap Management: Define and manage content roadmaps, prioritizing asset development to meet business objectives.
• Feedback Integration: Collect and analyze feedback from creators and users to improve the content pipeline.
• Performance Metrics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of content assets.

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally managing content pipelines or asset production for 3D platforms, games, or digital media.
• Strong understanding of 3D asset creation and optimization.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strong attention to detail.

We’ll be extra pumped if you have

• Experience with 3D engines like Unity, Unreal Engine, or similar with extra bonus points for 3D web technologies like WebGL, Three.js, Babylon.js, and Play Canvas.
• Familiarity with digital content creation tools and asset management systems.
• Knowledge of 3D modeling, animation, or visual effects pipelines.

Base pay will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, certifications, experience, market demands, and locations.
