VP, SaaS Sales

Infinite Reality’s Enterprise division is a full service end-to-end solution for brands who want bespoke immersive experiences designed, built, and operated for them. iR Enterprise works with major worldwide brands and has powered programs for Warner Bros Discovery, Vodafone, LUSH, Hershey’s, and more.

Infinite Reality’s SaaS product, iR Studio, is a self service 3D immersive website builder that is designed to help creators and brands of all sizes enhance the customer purchase journey and drive deeper engagement with their communities and customers. No coding experience is required. Just design, publish, measure and monetize.

The role

Infinite Reality is seeking a results-driven VP of SaaS Sales to work closely with Infinite Reality’s Business Ventures & Partnerships team owning all strategic outbound sales activities for iR Studio, the proprietary technology platform that allows brands to build and manage immersive 3D websites, apps, games, and XR media. This VP will be responsible for developing go-to-market sales plans, that includes developmenting best-in-class sales materials and prospecting, qualifying and closing global clients to achieve revenue targets. Reporting to the CRO, President of Business Ventures & Partnerships, the VP of SaaS Sales will play a critical role in customer growth for the iR Studio platform.

What you’ll do

  • Enterprise Sales Strategy: Work closely with the Business Ventures & Partnerships team to research and develop a strategic sales plan by mapping out targeted accounts.
  • Sales Prospecting: Generate new business leads through proactive outreach and timely responsiveness to inbound inquiries.
  • Relationship Management: Provide a consultative selling approach by investing in relationships through personalization, analysis and ongoing support
  • Client Education: Educate partners on Infinite Reality’s value and key differentiators, routinely demoing our products and addressing questions about the user experience as well as technical specifications.
  • Pipeline Management and Data Collection: Manage a robust sales pipeline to close and gain an understanding of the prospective partner’s pain points, collaborating with product and engineering teams to incorporate client feedback.
  • Collaboration: Work across Infinite Reality’s teams, including marketing and product to develop messaging and stay aligned/informed on new technologies and advancements that enables stakeholders across the business to advocate for Infinite Reality’s solutions.

What you’ll bring

  • 10+ years of direct SaaS sales experience
  • Strong sales prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing skills
  • Experience building sales pipelines through cold outbound and warm introductions
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to articulate Infinite Reality’s value proposition with senior executives, finance teams, and decision makers
  • Solid understanding of digital platforms and immersive technologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and drive consensus across cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in CRM software and partnership management tools 

Base Salary Range

$185,000 - $240,000 USD

Base pay will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, certifications, experience, market demands, and locations.
