Director, Revenue Strategy

Infinite Reality’s SaaS product, iR Studio, is a self service 3D immersive website builder that is designed to help creators and brands of all sizes enhance the customer purchase journey and drive deeper engagement with their communities and customers. No coding experience is required. Just design, publish, measure and monetize.

The role

Infinite Reality is seeking an experienced data-driven Director of Revenue Strategy to develop and implement a pricing strategy across iR products. This Director will be responsible for building a comprehensive strategy for iR Business Ventures & Partnerships deals while evaluating pricing effectiveness. This Director will oversee Infinite Reality’s customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives, including the development and implementation of CRM strategies that enhance customer engagement, streamline sales processes, and drive revenue growth. Reporting to the CRO, President of Business Ventures & Partnerships, the Director of Revenue Strategy will play a key role in driving revenue from iR properties and products.

What you’ll do

  • Pricing Strategy: Collaborate across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to develop and implement creative strategies and drive revenue growth while aligning with market demands.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer insights to inform pricing decisions.
  • Operations: Oversee operational aspects of pricing implementation, including billing requirements, discounting frameworks, and ongoing monitoring.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure pricing effectiveness and overall business performance, generating timely reports and frequent updates to key internal stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Communicate pricing strategies and changes to relevant stakeholders, fostering understanding and buy-in.
  • CRM Management: Oversee, develop and implement an integrated CRM strategy with performance targets and with weekly reports to Infinite Reality’s Senior Leadership Team.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • 8+ years of relevant pricing/revenue strategy experience in the tech industry and/or consultancy
  • Proven track record of developing data-driven processes and building trusted relationships with senior leaders
  • Solid understanding of digital platforms and immersive technologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and drive consensus across cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in CRM software and partnership management tools

Base Salary Range

$145,000 - $185,000 USD

Base pay will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, certifications, experience, market demands, and locations.
