Infinite Reality’s SaaS product, iR Studio, is a self service 3D immersive website builder that is designed to help creators and brands of all sizes enhance the customer purchase journey and drive deeper engagement with their communities and customers. No coding experience is required. Just design, publish, measure and monetize.

The role

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Community Manager to lead our community engagement efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to build and maintain a vibrant, engaged community around our immersive technology products. 

What you’ll do

  • Community & Social Strategy: 
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive community & social strategy that aligns with our business goals. 
    • Identify key community & social metrics and track performance to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Community Engagement: 
    • Foster a positive and inclusive community environment across various platforms (social media, discord,  forums, etc.). 
    • Respond to community inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. 
    • Organize and host virtual events, webinars, and live streams to engage with the community. 
  • Content Creation: 
    • Create and develop content to align with product releases and launch campaigns.
    • Create and curate engaging content, including blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates. 
    • Collaborate with the product marketing team and other internal groups (e.g. product)  to develop campaigns that resonate with our audience. 
  • Feedback and Insights: 
    • Gather and analyze community feedback to provide actionable insights to the product and development teams. 
    • Monitor community sentiment and report on key metrics to inform strategic decisions. 
  • Advocacy and Support: 
    • Identify and nurture community advocates and influencers to amplify our brand message. 
    • Provide support and resources to community members to enhance their experience with our products. 
  • Leadership: 
    • Bring expertise to the team to drive strategy and ensure that your community has a healthy and robust content calendar
    • Represent the community team in cross-functional meetings and projects.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience: 
    • 8+ years of experience in community management, preferably in the technology or gaming industry. 
    • Proven track record of growing and engaging online communities. 
  • Skills: 
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms and community management tools. 
    • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights. 
  • Technical Skills:
    • Content Management Tools: Proficiency in platforms for CMS (e.g wordpress, drupal. Joomla etc.).
    • SEO Optimization:  Understanding of search engine optimization to enhance content visibility and ranking on search engines.
    • Video Production and Editing:  Quick skills in using software like Adobe Premier for creating and editing video.
    • Social Media management:   Experience with platforms like FaceBook, Instagram, Twitter and tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and managing social media posts.
    • HTML / CSS: Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for customizing web content and ensuring it is engaging and functional.
    • Analytical Tools: Google Analytics or similar to track, analyze content performance.  Ability to create benchmarks and track projects to goals / baselines.
    • Project Management Skills:  Excellent use of tools to project manage a variety of projects at one time.

    • Passionate about creating campaigns that drive engagement and delight.

Salary Range

$120,000 - $135,000 USD

Base pay will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, certifications, experience, market demands, and locations.
