No coding experience is required. Just design, publish, measure and monetize.

The role
Infinite Reality is looking for a corporate attorney to join our team. The position will be remote, based in the continental United States, east coast preferred. Reporting to the General Counsel, they will have a broad base of knowledge, will draft, review, and negotiate a range of contracts, and provide advice and counsel on a wide range of legal matters to keep the company compliant and manage legal risks. This person will collaborate across teams, streamline contract management, and provide guidance to our business teams. We're looking for someone who’s proactive, responsive, and business-minded while mitigating risk and ensuring compliance.
What you’ll do
- Provide advice and counsel on commercial and other legal matters to Infinite Reality legal department lawyers and business team members in sales, marketing, finance, technology, human resources and other departments on legal strategies, risks, and potential liabilities associated with agreements, transactions and business relationships.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a range of contracts, including client, vendor, joint venture, licensing, SaaS, terms of service, lease and confidentiality agreements.
- Ensure contracts adhere to company policies and applicable laws and identify and mitigate potential legal and business risks.
- Develop, implement, and update standard commercial templates, processes and best practices across Infinite Reality’s global operations.
- Provide legal review of marketing collateral, press releases, ads, articles and other promotional materials.
- Collaborate with finance, marketing, product development, technology and other business teams to align legal support with corporate objectives.
- Educate internal stakeholders on contract terms, legal implications, and best practices through training and guidance.
- Assist in due diligence and integration tasks for mergers and acquisitions.
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in contract law.
What you’ll bring
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. state bar.
- 6+ years demonstrated legal experience in transactional law at a law firm or in combination with experience at a corporate legal department.
- Proven experience in corporate contract law, regulatory compliance and risk management principles with a strong background in issue spotting, drafting and negotiating contracts.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple contracts and projects simultaneously.
- Broad legal experience including with intellectual property, trademarks and technology license agreements, advising marketing teams and review of marketing materials, and advising human resources.
- Knowledge of United States and international data protection and data privacy laws.
- Be results oriented, pro-active and strategic, able to act independently, take initiative and responsibility, set appropriate priorities, multi-task, work efficiently and respond promptly, meet deadlines, follow through on projects to completion, and handle a diverse workload and a variety of matters in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Possess strong analytical, written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
- Possess strong business acumen and be able to interact in a collegial and productive manner with other team members and diverse groups of people located locally and throughout the world.
- Be of the highest integrity and uphold all ethical and compliance standards.
- Possess broad legal knowledge with an eagerness and ability to learn new areas of law.
Base Salary Range
$170,000 - $210,000 USD
Base pay will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, certifications, experience, market demands, and locations.
