Infinite Reality’s SaaS product, iR Studio, is a self service 3D immersive website builder that is designed to help creators and brands of all sizes enhance the customer purchase journey and drive deeper engagement with their communities and customers. No coding experience is required. Just design, publish, measure and monetize.

The role

The Director of Operations will play a pivotal role in Infinite Reality's Operations team by managing complex, cross-divisional projects that align with the company’s strategic goals. This individual will oversee integrations of acquisitions, standardize processes, and lead high-impact initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in driving large-scale projects to successful completion while managing stakeholder expectations.

What you’ll do

  • Operational Oversight: Manage and ensure successful completion of current operational initiatives, including insurance, Vendor Relations/Negotiations, and acquisition integrations.
  • Project Leadership: Lead multiple high-priority projects from inception to delivery, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with company objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement standardized processes for improved efficiency and scalability, while planning for future project components.
  • Stakeholder Reporting: Create dashboards and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on project progress, risks, and deliverables.
  • Collaboration & Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external vendors, ensuring project requirements are met and objectives are achieved.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously enhance integration methodologies, tools, and processes to drive efficiency across the organization.
  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and address project risks, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Team Engagement: Lead daily stand-ups, status updates, and post-mortem evaluations to document best practices and lessons learned.
  • Resource Management: Work closely with the SVP of Operations to align resources with priorities and ensure projects remain on track and cost-effective.

What you’ll bring

  • Certification: PMP or equivalent project management certification required.
  • Experience:
    • 7+ years in project management, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role managing complex integrations.
    • Proven expertise in integrating processes, teams, and systems within strict timelines and budgets.
  • Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile project management and other methodologies, with the ability to tailor approaches based on project needs.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Advanced skills in project management tools such as Jira.
    • Familiarity with Google Workspace tools.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Leadership: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills, with a proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

Salary Range

$140,000 - $170,000 USD

Base pay will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, certifications, experience, market demands, and locations.
