No coding experience is required. Just design, publish, measure and monetize.

The role
As a Senior Accountant at Infinite Reality, you will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our financial operations. You will oversee accounting processes, manage financial reporting, ensure compliance, and contribute to strategic financial decision-making. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a technology-driven environment and will be adept at managing accounting functions, complex transactions, and financial analysis with a focus on scalability and automation.
What you’ll do
- Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Prepare detailed financial analysis and provide insights into the company’s financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost optimization.
- General Accounting & Transactions:
- Oversee general ledger activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly closing procedures.
- Manage and ensure accurate recording of revenue, expenses, and other transactions within the financial systems.
- Handle multi-currency transactions and ensure the proper accounting treatment for international operations.
- Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, providing financial insights to leadership for decision-making.
- Conduct variance analysis between budgeted and actual financial results and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
- Audit & Compliance:
- Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits, ensuring that all accounting procedures comply with regulatory standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting regulations and ensure the company adheres to evolving financial and tax reporting requirements.
- Cash Flow & Working Capital Management:
- Monitor cash flow and manage the company’s working capital to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.
- Technology & Process Improvement:
- Leverage accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, or others) to streamline accounting functions and improve reporting efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for automation in accounting processes, ensuring scalability as the company grows.
- Collaborate with IT teams to optimize financial systems and tools, ensuring integration with other business units.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Supervise and mentor junior accountants, providing guidance on accounting practices and professional development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and technology departments, to support business goals and financial strategy.
- Ad hoc Analysis & Reporting:
- Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analysis as needed to support strategic initiatives or business decisions.
- Assist senior management with financial modeling and strategic planning.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role, preferably within a technology company or fast-paced industry.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP or IFRS and financial reporting standards.
- Experience with cloud-based accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of tax compliance and regulations related to technology businesses, including SaaS, software, or hardware industries.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
We’ll be extra pumped if you have
- Experience with tech startups or high-growth companies.
- Familiarity with automated accounting tools or AI-driven financial technologies.
- Experience with multi-currency or international accounting.
- Knowledge of financial regulations in the technology or software industry.
Salary Range
$90,000 - $110,000 USD
Base pay will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, certifications, experience, market demands, and locations.
