Infinite Reality’s SaaS product, iR Studio, is a self service 3D immersive website builder that is designed to help creators and brands of all sizes enhance the customer purchase journey and drive deeper engagement with their communities and customers. No coding experience is required. Just design, publish, measure and monetize.

The role

Infinite Reality is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst & Business Partner to join our Finance team. The position will be remotely based in the continental United States and report to Mitchell Marino, Director of Finance. You'll be a strategic partner collaborating with leaders in the AI and Immersive Reality divisions. You'll leverage your expertise as a financial consultant and influencer to translate complex data into actionable strategies. You’ll shape the company's commercial strategy, providing financial guidance for the product roadmap, and driving profitable growth.

What you’ll do

Strategic Business Partnership

  • Act as the primary financial owner and trusted advisor for assigned business units, directly influencing their strategic direction and resource allocation.
  • Steer business case development for new initiatives and investments, challenging assumptions and ensuring financial alignment with company goals.
  • Champion financial acumen within partner teams, empowering them to make sound, data-driven decisions that enhance profitability and long-term value.
  • Translate strategic plans into impactful financial narratives, presenting clear recommendations to senior leadership.

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Lead the financial planning cycle for assigned business units, driving the annual budget and quarterly forecasts to reflect current and future business initiatives.
  • Develop sophisticated and flexible financial models to analyze the core drivers of our business, identify key trends, and evaluate new opportunities.
  • Deliver insightful analysis of financial results, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing clear, actionable commentary on performance and outlook.

Process & Insight Leadership

  • Continuously identify and implement improvements to financial processes to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Go beyond standard reporting to uncover and articulate the underlying story of the business, providing insights that guide strategic conversations and decisions.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in a financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or corporate finance role.
  • Demonstrated success in a business partnering capacity, with a proven ability to influence and build strong relationships with non-finance leaders.
  • Exceptional financial modeling skills and a strong understanding of how to use data to tell a story and guide decisions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

We’ll be extra pumped if you have

  • Experience in a high-growth technology, SaaS, interactive entertainment, or gaming company is strongly preferred.
  • Previous experience providing financial support for R&D, engineering, or new product development teams.
  • Familiarity with financial planning software and ERP systems.
  • A genuine passion for and understanding of emerging technologies like AI and immersive reality.
  • MBA, CPA, or CFA is a plus.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, innovative environment

Salary Range

$80,000 - $100,000 USD

Base pay will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, certifications, experience, market demands, and locations.
