About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to play a pivotal role in maintaining the efficiency and functionality of our office. If you are a detail-oriented, multitasking professional with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, we invite you to join our Austin, TX area team.
Essential Functions:
- Organize and maintain office
- Make recommendations on how the office can run more efficiently
- Complete tasks in a timely manner
- Provide day-to-day support over administrative and operational functions
- Identify and resolve operational problems to ensure operation at maximum efficiency
- Provide consistent communication across the team
- Track inventory and stock office supplies and kitchen supplies
- Welcome visitors to the office, accept deliveries, and handle general reception
- Manage relationships with cleaning staff, maintenance vendors, and building management to ensure a clean and well-functioning office
- Coordinate the scheduling, logistics, and execution of meetings and office events
- Set up and clean of all conference rooms for internal and external meetings
- Order food and manage catering for meetings, events, and one-off requests
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must-Have Skills:
- Prior experience managing an office with varied responsibilities
- Proficiency in English and in MS Office 365
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Knowledge of inventory management and expense reporting is a plus.
