Infinitum Electric has developed a breakthrough electric motor that’s significantly smaller, smarter, and more efficient. Our vision is to embed our technology in everything from HVAC systems to electric vehicles. 

Infinitum Electric is looking for a full-time Senior Netsuite Administrator. We have recently completed a large Series D funding and will be using those proceeds to double our workforce for the 3rd year in a row over the next 12 months. Although we have a very flexible work environment, this role is expected to be in the office the majority of the time. 

The Role

Infinitum has implemented NetSuite as the global ERP platform supporting our finance, supply chain, and manufacturing operations across all geographies. As we scale, we are seeking a Senior NetSuite ERP Administrator with deep manufacturing systems experience to lead, optimize, and expand our ERP ecosystem.

This role goes beyond traditional administration. You will serve as the owner of the NetSuite platform and its integration with manufacturing systems, including MES and MRP solutions, ensuring end-to-end process integrity from planning through production and financials.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical expertise, strong business process understanding, and the ability to operate strategically across ERP, MES, and MRP environments. This role will also help build and lead the internal NetSuite capability as we reduce reliance on external partners.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Leadership & Strategy

- Own the NetSuite platform architecture, ensuring alignment across Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing
- Partner with business leaders to drive process standardization, automation, and scalability
- Lead the roadmap for ERP enhancements, including integration with MES, MRP, and other enterprise systems

Manufacturing Systems Integration (Critical)

- Manage and optimize integration between NetSuite and third-party MES platforms
- Support production workflows, including work orders, routings, BOMs (MBOM/EBOM), and shop floor execution
- Ensure synchronization between ERP, MES, and MRP systems for planning, execution, and reporting
- Partner with operations teams to improve production visibility, data quality, and operational KPIs

MRP / Planning Enablement

- Support or lead implementation and optimization of MRP solution
- Ensure accurate demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management processes
- Drive improvements in material planning, lead times, and inventory accuracy

NetSuite Administration & Development

- Administer NetSuite including roles, permissions, workflows, scripts, customizations, and integrations
- Design and deploy custom objects, scripts, and workflows to support complex manufacturing processes
- Support reporting needs including saved searches, dashboards, KPIs, and financial reporting

Operations & Support

- Provide day-to-day system support and issue resolution across ERP and integrated systems
- Manage user access, security, and data integrity, including SOX compliance where applicable
- Lead release management, testing, and change control processes

Process & Data Governance

- Define and enforce data governance, system usage standards, and change management practices
- Document and improve end-to-end business processes
- Ensure clean data flow across systems including items, BOMs, work orders, inventory, and financials

Must-Have Qualifications

- 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite Administration experience
- Proven experience supporting manufacturing environments (discrete manufacturing preferred)
- Direct experience working with or administering:
  - MES platforms (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
  - MRP / APS planning solutions
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes including:
  - Work orders, routings, BOMs (EBOM/MBOM)
  - Production execution and inventory movements
- Deep NetSuite expertise across:
  - Workflows, SuiteScript, saved searches, dashboards
  - Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA)
  - Supply chain modules (Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, Manufacturing)
- Experience integrating NetSuite with external systems (MES, PLM, MRP, etc.)
- Understanding of SOX controls and segregation of duties

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

- NetSuite certifications (Administrator, SuiteCloud Developer)
- Experience with integration platforms (e.g., Boomi or similar)
- Exposure to PLM systems (e.g., Arena)
- Experience scaling ERP systems in high-growth manufacturing environments
- Project or program management experience (CAPM, PMP, PMI-PBA)
