VP of Partnerships - fully remote!

US - Remote

VP of Partnerships — Fully Remote

What You Will Do In This Role

You will be focused on driving revenue by putting offerings ‘on the shelves’ of our marketplace by building and growing partnerships with service providers. You will secure partnerships with providers of services valuable to our buyers including colocation, cloud, network and other related services and you will work closely with them to embed our tools and capture their customer demand for related services.

You will also partner with the VP of Sales and Director of Marketing to craft and get internal buy-in on actionable plans to drive revenue via marketing, sponsorship, and partnership programs, and you’ll execute on these plans with internal and external teams. Your ability to implement and deliver will be crucial in transforming our revenue engine into a high-performance machine. This is a player-coach leadership position where rolling up your sleeves, empowering your team, and making immediate, measurable changes while ensuring flawless operational execution is key.

Who You Are

You are a revenue-obsessed connector who sees partnerships not as a transaction, but as the core engine for marketplace growth. You have a proven history of not just landing logos, but building enduring, high-yield relationships that dramatically expand market presence and platform utility. You thrive at the negotiation table, balancing empathy for a provider's needs with an unyielding focus on what drives value for our users and revenue for Inflect.

You are a player-coach leader who is just as comfortable closing a foundational deal as you are defining the three-year partnership strategy. You speak fluent market dynamics, obsess over time-to-revenue, and know how to translate a handshake into a scalable, repeatable playbook. You love diving into the details of provider APIs and integration points, ensuring the technical setup is as smooth as the commercial terms and you believe that great partnerships are invisible to the user—they just see the product they need, ready to buy. You are an owner, a driver, and a decisive executor who knows that in the startup world, speed is currency.

Who We Are

We’re revolutionizing the way companies buy and sell digital infrastructure, and we’re extremely proud of that. Digital infrastructure is the enabler of the internet and at the core of every industry. Traditionally it’s been bought manually through service provider sales people, resulting in high costs, slow procurement cycles, and services that don’t work the best - slowing down the ability of companies to build and hold back human innovation. Inflect’s marketplace and advisory are removing friction so any company can get what they need, when they need it, at the right deal terms. By achieving our mission, we unlock businesses to build and human innovation inflects!

Of course, we’re also a startup, and it’s important that you understand what that means if you work for us. We work quick, we work smart, we work hard, and the road to success is filled with some of the highest highs, but also has its fair share of lows. If you’re looking for the same thing day in and day out, this will not be the place for you. (And that’s totally okay!) We’re all owners of Inflect -full time employees receive option grants-, and we know that we’re the reason we’ll achieve our goals, or we’ll be the reason we don’t. So believe me when I say that we’re hell bent on achieving our goals. If this sounds like the kind of environment you would thrive in then we’d love to have you!

Day-To-Day Responsibilities

  • Continuously identify, prospect, and build relationships with high-value digital infrastructure providers (colocation, cloud, network, etc.) to list their services on our marketplace
  • Manage the full partnership pipeline
  • Dive into the details of provider offerings, pricing, and API specifications to define how their services will be technically integrated and commercially structured for the marketplace.
  • Identify, track, and report on key metrics (time-to-revenue, partner performance, etc.) to ensure newly onboarded partnerships are contributing immediately and measurably to the company's revenue goals.
  • Hold regular working sessions with the VP of Sales and Director of Marketing to collaboratively design and refine joint revenue-driving initiatives (e.g., co-marketing campaigns, sponsored listings, joint go-to-market plans).
  • Work with internal Engineering/Product teams and the VP of Technology to translate partnership commercial terms and technical requirements into actionable onboarding playbooks and scalable integration workflows.
  • Prepare clear, concise updates for the executive team on partnership progress, market trends, and funding needs, securing buy-in for major strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure the CRM and partnership pipeline are meticulously managed and reflect an obsession with time-to-revenue by quickly removing roadblocks and bottlenecks in the partnership process.
  • Conduct regular check-ins (1:1s) and team meetings to mentor and guide partnership team members, helping them prioritize high-impact deals and overcome execution challenges.
  • Document and iterate on the scalable, repeatable playbook for partnership acquisition and activation, ensuring all team members are following a standardized, high-efficiency process.
  • Roll up your sleeves to troubleshoot complex partner integration issues (e.g., API bugs, data synchronization failures) or commercial disputes to ensure flawless operational execution.
  • Act as the voice of the partnership strategy, clearly communicating goals, progress, and the overall vision to both the internal team and external partners to maintain momentum.

What Benefits We Offer

  • 100% remote work environment - seriously!
  • Fully covered health insurance options through a major health insurance provider for both you and your family (you pay $0)
  • Dental and Vision insurance available with widely used providers
  • Option grants begin vesting after year 1 - you own a piece of Inflect
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Typical amount of company holidays is 16+/yr (company holidays are based on the standard holidays in the US and Poland and can vary year to year)

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
