Influential is seeking a west coast Sales Coordinator to coordinate premier client accounts and work closely with our West Coast sales team. We are looking for a dynamic people-person who can help us translate client learnings into client materials that closely address their needs.
***HYBRID ROLE - MUST BE LOCATED IN LOS ANGELES***
In general, on a typical day you will:
- Create standard and custom proposal collateral leveraging our reporting.
- Demonstrate a keen understanding of client objectives and aspirations to enhance campaign efficacy and ensure client satisfaction.
- Acquire a comprehensive understanding of client requirements, key success factors. And other pertinent parameters essential for crafting a winning proposal, drawing on insights derived from client interactions.
- Provide support for all operational requirements, encompassing Salesforce-related reporting and fulfilling client requests.
- Adhere to Salesforce best practices, meticulously completing and submitting proposals in accordance with established guidelines.
- Oversee weekly expense reports, guaranteeing the accurate and timely recording and submission of all expenditures.
- Facilitate the scheduling of meetings and coordinate seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders.
- Capture comprehensive notes during client meetings, meticulously documenting the essential details of proposals or campaigns for future reference.
- Develop both standard and tailored proposal collateral, utilizing our reporting capabilities for enhanced presentation and communication.
- Comprehensive expertise in all major social media platforms.
- Understand client needs and goals to ensure optimal campaign performance and client satisfaction.
- Assist on all operational needs, including Salesforce related reporting and client requests.
- Follow Salesforce best practices and utilize dashboard reporting
- Proactively learn agency structure and industry
Being a Sales Coordinator requires:
- 1-2 years experience working in social, digital, online or advertising environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to interact professionally with external and internal teams
- Strong decision-making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to identify and prioritize critical issues
- Comfortable working in a startup environment
- Knowledge of Powerpoint and Excel
- Media experience ideal, not required
Bonus points if:
- Have previously worked in a fast paced environment at a talent or digital agency
- Stay up-to-date on latest trends and innovations in the social realm
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
