About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional SVP, Strategy & Analytics to lead insight-led thinking, creator intelligence, and strategic rigor across one of the largest and most dynamic portfolios in the beauty industry. This is a marquee leadership role responsible for shaping the vision, practice, and output of Strategy & Analytics across four business divisions, with direct impact on how our work drives brand equity, influence, and growth.
This leader will serve as a key thought partner to client-side leadership, guiding how influence is activated, measured, and evolved across the brand portfolio. You’ll lead a team of strategists and analysts, translating culture, data, and platform trends into creator-first strategies that deliver business results.
This is a pivotal leadership role, shaping momentum, driving clarity, and raising the bar for what data-led influence can do.
Roles & Responsibilities
Set the Strategic Vision
- Help define and lead the strategy and analytics vision for one of Influential’s most high-profile accounts - ensuring a unified, forward-looking approach across divisions
- Act as a senior strategic partner to client-side brand and marketing leadership, helping guide how creator work ladders to broader brand and business goals.
- Bring a proactive POV to the client and internal teams on where the creator economy is heading and how to stay ahead of it.
Elevate Analytics & Insight Development
- Own the evolution of performance reporting, agile frameworks, and audience analysis across the portfolio.
- Turn complex data into tight, actionable strategic stories - bridging analytics and creative direction in a way that informs and inspires.
- Ensure the team leverages tools, trends, and competitive intelligence to anticipate, not just report
Drive Operational Excellence
- Establish scalable best practices for campaign measurement, real-time dashboards, and post-campaign insights.
- Flag risks or roadblocks early and often, driving clarity and urgency when client priorities or expectations shift.
- Help evolve internal processes, frameworks, and deliverables to ensure strategy and analytics remain a core value driver.
Lead & Inspire
- Build, mentor, and manage a team of strategists and analysts - setting a high bar for rigor, creativity, and clarity of communication.
- Collaborate across Client Services, Creative Strategy, Creator Management to ensure strategic insight informs every touchpoint.
- Serve as an internal and external ambassador for Onefluential’s strategic excellence, bringing clients a trusted, forward-thinking POV.
Who You Are
- A hybrid strategy and analytics leader with 12–15+ years of experience across influencer, media, digital, or brand strategy - ideally within agency or consultancy environments.
- Experience in the beauty, skincare, or personal care category is highly valued - and an understanding of the category’s pace, nuance, and consumer mindset is key to success.
- A proven team builder with 5-7+ years managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- A confident communicator known for high-level strategic thinking and the ability to distill cultural, behavioral, and performance data into a tight narrative.
- Equally comfortable in the details and in the C-suite - capable of shaping big-picture strategy and rolling up sleeves to solve complex problems.
- Deeply fluent in social, digital, and influencer analytics tools (e.g. Traackr, Captiv8, Radius,
- CreatorIQ, Talkwalker, Quid, Meta/YouTube/TikTok dashboards, etc.).
- Proven track record leading and scaling high-performing teams in cross-functional environments.
- Highly proactive and solutions-oriented, with a bias toward action and the ability to bring clarity in moments of ambiguity.

Salary range:
$200,000 - $240,000
