The Director, Strategy & Analytics will serve as the data lead within the OneFluential team, dedicated to supporting LUSA (L’Oréal USA). This role is critical in connecting influencer and campaign performance data to business decision-making across the portfolio. You’ll partner with LUSA CDMO to deliver executive-ready insights, special projects, and strategic recommendations.
This role requires someone who’s both highly analytical and collaborative - someone who can navigate nuanced stakeholder needs, distill complexity into clarity, and make data meaningful in service of business growth.

Salary range: $120,000-$160,000
