What You’ll Do

Strategic Leadership

  • Build and evolve creator strategies that align with division priorities, brand goals, hero products, and category needs.
  • Advise on program structure, talent tiers, budget allocation, and long-term creator relationship models.
  • Convert insights, KPIs, and category dynamics into scalable influencer plans across fragrance, skincare, and makeup.
  • Partner with Integrated Strategy to ensure all programs deliver against division-wide and brand KPIs.

Team & Execution Oversight

  • Lead a multi-layered team managing their execution of large-scale campaigns across luxury brands.
  • Executing campaigns with key talent relationships
  • Develop direct reports to execute flawlessly across casting, contracting, briefing, approvals, production, and measurement. 
  • Maintaining and managing QC to ensure all clients receive flawless deliverables 
  • Ensure creator casting, creative direction, and content quality uphold each brand’s luxury aesthetic.
  • Build operational consistency, process rigor, and scalable systems across all LUXE creator work.

Creator & Agent Relationships

  • Maintain and grow relationships with top creators, agents, and talent partners in the beauty, fashion, and luxury space.
  • Spot and nurture emerging creators aligned with brand identities and long-term affinity goals.
  • Apply deep cultural and platform knowledge to inform trend adoption and creative innovation.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Act as the connective layer between client teams, internal strategy, creative, production, and analytics partners.
  • Partner with Legal to implement compliant, efficient workflows.
  • Work with Integrated Strategy to translate creator performance data into actionable insights for optimization and annual planning.

Who You Are

  • 8–10+ years in influencer marketing, talent relations, or digital strategy, ideally within beauty, fashion, or luxury.
  • Proven success running high-volume creator programs across multiple brands or categories with multiple direct reports.
  • Strong, established relationships with creators and agents, including VIP and celebrity tiers.
  • Deep understanding of luxury brand standards, creator culture, and platform dynamics.
  • Exceptional skill in vetting talent, casting, negotiations, and on-site content production.
  • Strong leadership presence; able to mentor teams and navigate senior-level client dynamics.
  • Comfortable balancing strategic vision with operational precision.
  • Familiarity with creator tools (Traackr, Tagger) and performance measurement best practices.

Bonus points if:

  • Experience at a marketing-tech or media start-up
  • You’re passionate about social media and/or influencer marketing

Salary Range:

$110K- $125K
