About this Role The Customer Solution Advisor is a technical expert with business acumen to deliver measurable value to our clients. You will build and nurture executive-level client relationships while actively growing accounts through a consultative approach, leveraging their deep expertise in the different InfoTrust services and products.

Responsibilities of the CSM/Customer Solutions Advisor:

  • Present InfoTrust Solutions and Products:  Understand InfoTrust’s value and be able to speak confidently about our solutions (present our data, analytics and formal presentations) and attach the customer needs to our solutions.
  • Customer Onboarding and Education:  Develop and deliver comprehensive onboarding plans to new customers, ensuring they understand InfoTrust’s value through our solutions and products. 
  • Work closely with sales teams to transition new customers and long sales cycle opportunities smoothly and collaborate with the data, analytics and delivery teams to resolve customer issues efficiently. 
  • Drive account growth by identifying strategic upselling and cross-selling opportunities, managing renewals, and negotiating contracts
  • Collaborate to develop and execute Quarterly Business Reviews/Annual Business Reviews with clear objectives that showcase measurable impact and help the client to understand, apply, and utilize those solutions at the best possible way to support their internal teams and ultimately improve their marketing strategy and execution 
  • Deliver strategic guidance and technical troubleshooting for enterprise marketing platforms including Google Analytics 4, Campaign Manager 360, Search Ads 360, Display & Video 360, and Tag Inspector, ensuring clients maximize ROI from their technology investments
  • Translate client business challenges into compelling InfoTrust solutions with demonstrable ROI, crafting tailored recommendations that align with each client's unique needs
  • Partner with delivery teams to translate technical solutions into business language, ensuring clients fully understand the value of our work
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in MarTech, AdTech, and privacy to proactively address client needs and identify new revenue opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, from day-to-day contacts to C-suite executives

You could be a great fit if:

  • You have 8+ years of experience in MarTech consulting, digital analytics strategy, or similar client-facing technical roles
  • You possess a deep understanding of digital marketing platforms -- Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform: SA360, CM360, DV360, GCP and can explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • You have a proven track record of growing accounts and managing client relationships that drive revenue
  • You can build and deliver compelling presentations that clearly articulate the business value of technical solutions
  • You demonstrate strong business acumen and can confidently engage with executives about their business challenges
  • You excel at both listening to client needs and articulating solutions that address those needs

Bonus:

  • Experience with Consumer Data Platforms (CDPs) and Marketing Data Warehouses (MDWs)
  • Mobile app tracking expertise, particularly with Google Analytics for Firebase
  • Experience creating thought leadership content like white papers, case studies, or industry presentations
  • Background in digital privacy and data governance frameworks

Logistics:

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
