Senior Director of Sales (AdTech & Digital Media Platforms and Measurement) - Remote in the US

About

InfoTrust InfoTrust is a global, privately-owned platform license, consulting and solutions agency dedicated to unlocking the power of data to drive marketing performance and business growth. We specialize in digital analytics, media enablement, and privacy-centric solutions that help the world’s largest brands optimize their marketing strategies. Our culture is built on passion, ownership, diversity, trust, respect, and continuous growth—values that have earned us multiple "best places to work" awards, including a Great Place to Work certification and recognition as the #1 place to work in Ohio.

About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales to lead and mentor a high-performing team of 4-6 sellers focused on the digital media and advertising technology sector. This role is a critical front-line management position, requiring strategic leadership to drive new business growth, manage pipeline health, and ensure team achievement of collective team quota. You will be instrumental in translating industry trends and market intelligence into actionable sales strategies to accelerate our customers’ marketing performance.

Responsibilities of the Director of Sales:

  • Team Leadership & Performance: Directly manage, mentor, and motivate a team of 4-6 sellers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Deal Strategy & Execution: Act as a front-line leader, actively participating in complex deal strategy, pricing, and commercial negotiations to maximize deal size and profitability.
  • Sales Coaching & Development: Implement proven sales training frameworks (e.g., Sandler, MEDDIC) to coach and provide thoughtful feedback on sales calls, ensuring each seller is positioned to grow and meet their individual targets.
  • Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Own sales operations forecasting and maintain robust pipeline hygiene, providing accurate reporting and strategic insights on key sales metrics to senior leadership.
  • Market Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert in the digital media ecosystem, applying a deep understanding of media buying, advertising platforms (DSPs, including DV360, TTD, Amazon and Meta), and reseller models to guide your team's approach.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and ensure seamless campaign execution.

You could be a great fit if:

  • You have proven experience leading and managing a sales team in the digital advertising, AdTech, or digital media space.
  • You have direct experience managing sellers who consistently carry individual quotas, ideally around the $2 million range.
  • You possess a deep, actionable understanding of the media buying landscape, including DSPs, programmatic advertising, and major platforms like Google, TTD and Amazon.
  • You have successfully implemented and coached a team using structured sales methodologies (e.g., Sandler, MEDDIC).
  • You are known for your analytical skills, using data to inform decision-making, track performance, and ensure accountability within your team.
  • You embody our core value of Grow Every Day by actively seeking knowledge and staying ahead of market trends.

Bonus:

  • Experience working within a Google reseller ecosystem or the media side of adtech.
  • Strong existing relationships with advertising agencies and key decision-makers within large corporate advertisers.

You shouldn’t apply if:

  • You are looking for an individual contributor role or one focused entirely on growing installed customer relationships; this is a people-first management and coaching position.
  • You prefer a purely hands-off, administrative management style rather than active involvement in deal strategy and seller development.

Logistics:

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
  • This role requires 15-20% travel to meet customers, partners, and attend industry events.
  • We offer flexible work options to suit your preferences and lifestyle. You can choose to work from our office located in Cincinnati, or opt for a hybrid model. Additionally, for those who prefer remote work, we offer the opportunity to work 100% remotely, but prefer you reside in one of the following states: Ohio, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Kentucky, Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, or Washington.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
