Graphic Designer (Remote, Contract)

Remote

OUR HIRING PROCESS:

  • We will review your application against our job requirements. We do not employ machine learning technologies during this phase as we believe every human deserves attention from another human. We do not think machines can evaluate your application quite like our seasoned recruiting professionals—every person is unique. We promise to give your candidacy a fair and detailed assessment.
  • We may then invite you to submit a video interview for the review of the hiring manager. This video interview is often followed by a test or short project that allows us to determine whether you will be a good fit for the team.
  • At this point, we will invite you to interview with our hiring manager and/or the interview team. Please note: We do not conduct interviews via text message, Telegram, etc. and we never hire anyone into our organization without having met you face-to-face (or via Zoom). You will be invited to come to a live meeting or Zoom, where you will meet our INFUSE team.
  • From there on, it’s decision time! If you are still excited to join INFUSE and we like you as much, we will have a conversation about your offer. We do not make offers without giving you the opportunity to speak with us live. After all, we consider our team members our family, and we want you to feel comfortable and welcomed.

Join Us as a Graphic Designer with a Focus on Data Visualization!

  • Visually enhance what needs to be said without overwhelming the viewer

We are looking for YOU! If you’re a creative thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling, this could be your perfect role.

What we are looking for in our ideal candidate:

  • Proficiency with Figma;
  • A good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; skills in Keynote and Premiere Pro are a plus;
  • Strong understanding of composition, typography, and color theory;
  • Experience with vector graphics and combining design elements effectively;
  • Creative, out-of-the-box thinking and an understanding of storytelling principles;
  • Strong attention to detail, self-organization, and time-management skills.

What You'll Do:

  • Visualize concepts described by instructional designers and create storyboards
  • Learn and apply simple animation techniques to bring visuals to life in our educational products (training provided)
  • Design static visuals for educational courses, including graphic elements and PDFs
  • Edit video lessons using Adobe Premiere Pro (training provided)

What you’ll love about working with us:

  • A fun, diverse team of professionals from every corner of the globe
  • A never-ending learning journey (because who wants to stop growing?)
  • Career growth opportunities with regular reviews—your success is our success!
  • Timely, market-range compensation (we make sure your wallet’s happy, too)
  • Paid time off for U.S. public holidays—because rest is as important as work
  • Summer Fridays with shorter hours—because everyone deserves a little sunshine
  • Access to top-tier tools like Adobe and Figma Pro, so you can create like a pro

If you recognize yourself in this and are up to the challenge, we’d be happy to hear from you!
