Event Coordinator (Remote, Contract)
OUR HIRING PROCESS:

We’re seeking an Event Coordinator to help plan and organize company events. The role focuses on gathering quotes from vendors, contacting venues, making travel arrangements, and comparing options to ensure the best fit.
Responsibilities:
- Research and evaluate vendors and services
- Collect and compare vendor quotes
- Contact venues for information and assess options
- Make travel arrangements and changes for the attendees
- Communicate with the airlines and the hotels
- Make check-lists and reports
- Manage budgets and timelines
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in event planning or coordination or related
- Strong organizational and research skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Experience with budgeting and vendor coordination
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
