Account Executive (Remote)
OUR HIRING PROCESS:

- At this point, we will invite you to interview with our hiring manager and/or the interview team. Please note: We do not conduct interviews via text message, Telegram, etc. and we never hire anyone into our organization without having met you face-to-face (or via Zoom). You will be invited to come to a live meeting or Zoom, where you will meet our INFUSE team.
- From there on, it’s decision time! If you are still excited to join INFUSE and we like you as much, we will have a conversation about your offer. We do not make offers without giving you the opportunity to speak with us live. After all, we consider our team members our family, and we want you to feel comfortable and welcomed.

This role is ideal for a sales-driven individual with 1-2 years of full-cycle sales experience and a strong background in business development. What You’ll Do
- Identify and engage with potential clients, leveraging your business development expertise to drive interest and build new connections.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions that align with their objectives, positioning our offerings as the perfect fit.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing and customer success, to ensure a seamless client experience and maximize opportunities.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals by proactively pursuing new business and nurturing existing relationships.
- Establish yourself as a valued advisor, providing insights, support, and solutions that help clients succeed at every stage.
What We’re Looking For
- 1-2 years of proven, full-cycle sales experience is required, with a successful track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Preferable familiarity with marketing strategies, demand generation, and customer engagement practices to effectively support and enhance sales efforts.
- Business Development Experience
- Self-starter who seizes opportunities anticipates client needs, and stays ahead of industry trends.
- Strong verbal and written skills to connect with diverse stakeholders and effectively communicate value.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, building strong internal and client relationships.
