Agency Development Executive (Remote)

OUR HIRING PROCESS:

  • We will review your application against our job requirements. We do not employ machine learning technologies during this phase as we believe every human deserves attention from another human.   • We may then invite you to submit a video interview for the review of the hiring manager. This video interview is often followed by a test or short project that allows us to determine whether you will be a good fit for the team.
  • At this point, we will invite you to interview with our hiring manager and/or the interview team. Please note: We do not conduct interviews via text message, Telegram, etc. and we never hire anyone into our organization without having met you face-to-face (or via Zoom). You will be invited to come to a live meeting or Zoom, where you will meet our INFUSE team.
  • From there on, it’s decision time! If you are still excited to join INFUSE and we like you as much, we will have a conversation about your offer. We do not make offers without giving you the opportunity to speak with us live. After all, we consider our team members our family, and we want you to feel comfortable and welcomed.

 

We consider every individual who joins our team a critical part of defining who we are — which is why we are looking for a professional with a strong understanding of B2B marketing, demand, and client success to work in our North America Agency Team. 

You will be working with our sales and marketing teams to secure, build, and manage agency-client relationships that are of strategic importance to INFUSE. You will travel domestically to meet with clients and prospective clients to build long-lasting relationships. Ultimately, you will connect INFUSE with our prospects and clients.

How you will make a difference:

  • You will work with marketing, advertising, and media agencies to develop productive relationships, identify sales and client opportunities, craft demand and media solutions based on agency need and opportunity, and expand business based on delivering value and performance;
  • You will conduct well-informed and consultative meetings with all levels of decision-makers, from media planners to account teams and senior leaders, including presenting at events and conferences as needed;

  • Previous public speaking experience is a plus
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment where feedback is valued
  • Can and wants to travel to see clients in person and build long-lasting relationships
