Ready to take your sales career to the next level? We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Director to join our team. If you’re a sales professional with 3-5 years of proven success in full-cycle sales, business development, and a solid understanding of marketing principles, this is your opportunity to drive growth, build meaningful client relationships, and lead with impact.


What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the primary contact for key clients, fostering long-term relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with new and existing clients, leveraging your expertise to drive revenue growth.
  • Deeply understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their objectives, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams—including marketing, product development, and customer success—to create cohesive strategies and enhance client experiences.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales quotas through strategic planning, proactive engagement, and high-impact client partnerships.
  • Utilize your understanding of marketing strategies, demand generation, and customer engagement to better position offerings and elevate client conversations.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, providing clients with valuable insights and positioning yourself as a trusted industry advisor.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3-5 Years of Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in full-cycle sales and business development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Preferable familiarity with marketing strategies, demand generation, and customer engagement practices to effectively support and enhance sales efforts.
  • Self-starter who anticipates client needs, drives opportunities, and innovates to stay ahead.
  • Strong ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and clearly communicate complex solutions.
  • A team-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, building strong internal and external relationships.
  • You must be available at least two days per week in the office at a central Sydney CBD location to foster collaboration and build team connections.
