Account Executive, Home Health

InHome Therapy is searching for an Account Executive serving the Texas market. The position requires travel and requires candidates to live within the market they will serve, in this case Dallas, TX and the greater surrounding area. 

  • The Account Executive is responsible for identifying, managing, developing and growing Major Partnership accounts across all IHT markets. They are responsible for supporting the long-term success of their Agencies throughout the partnership. They lead solution-development efforts that best address Agency needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary back-office team members. And most importantly, they develop growth opportunities that are mutually beneficial. The Account Executive reports to the CRO for the assigned region.

Summary of Primary Function:

The Account Executive at InHome Therapy (IHT) is pivotal in expanding our reach and enhancing our services within the Texas markets of the Austin area, the San Antonio area and the Houston area. This role is dedicated to nurturing and growing our relationships with assigned home health agency accounts. Utilizing a strategic approach that includes IHT’s established Account Management and Customer Success Processes, the Account Executive will focus on fostering long-term partnerships, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving business growth through both retention and acquisition strategies.

Experience in the Home Health Industry is required!

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Account Strategy and Management:

  • Act as the primary IHT ambassador, setting the standard for commitment and quality service for Tier 1 agency partners.
  • Develop strategic initiatives focused on agency retention and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a trusted advisor status with key accounts, ensuring a proactive approach to all agency needs and fostering robust stakeholder relationships.

Operational Excellence:

  • Serve as the primary contact for escalated agency issues, coordinating timely and effective resolutions.
  • Ensure seamless integration and communication between internal teams and agencies throughout the customer journey.
  • Regularly conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with agencies to assess needs, align strategies, and review performance metrics.

Sales and Growth:

  • Communicate IHT’s clinical capacity effectively to agencies, actively promoting and selling available therapist visits.
  • Systematically assess agency satisfaction to continuously refine service delivery.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and expansion, aligning with agency growth goals and operational needs.

Collaboration and Development:

  • Work closely with Operations and Talent Acquisition teams to address and strategize around coverage gaps and recruitment needs.
  • Engage with agency leaders to align on business goals, identify areas for improvement, and strategize on mutual success.

REQUIREMENTS

Travel required and expected up to 75%. 

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2 to 3 years of healthcare administration or related work experience required.
  • Knowledge of, or ability to learn, products, services, and areas of designated agencies.
  • Exceptional computer skills; Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Previous experience in the Home Health field strongly desired.
